Your Child
St Bernadette’s encourages parents to play an active role in their child’s education.
You will be kept informed of your child’s progress and the daily running of the school in numerous ways. These include twice yearly Parents’ Evenings when parents are invited into school to discuss their child’s progress and future targets.
Prior to the second meeting, in Summer, parents receive an annual written progress report. Further to these meetings, parents may discuss any issue regarding their child with the class teacher by making an appointment.
Should your child’s teacher want to discuss anything with you, they will contact you via telephone or see you when you collect your child.
Letters are sent home regularly regarding daily school business via School Spider. Please inform the school of any changes to your contact details.
This website is also regularly updated to keep parents informed.
